Love Danger Mouse! We have a mug with the logo on one side and Baron Greenback on the other - reads Worldโs Greatest Villain, and my OH likes to use it ๐
I watched some of the new series with my nieces. Not quite as funny as the originals (we put some of those on for them too), but pretty good nonetheless ๐
The theme tune is a theme of brilliance but itโs definitely an ear worm. That sounds like a high level piece of DM merchandise that does ๐ I would agree, the old DM cartoons certainly have the edge, it was just of a time I guess. Thank you so much for reading and responding.
2 more nuggets of trivia for Fun Facts... Before forming his band The Stone Roses, guitarist John Squire worked as an animator for Cosgrove Hall, drawing frames for Danger Mouse.

Brilliant, thank you. Penfold always reminded me of another actor... his name escapes me though.
He always reminds me of Terry Scott, the original voice, as his voice was perfect for him.
He was brilliant. He did look like him too. The other actor was Sam Kelly. Iโve just had a Google.
Oh I remember him. I like a good Google search ๐
