North America

The Wild Robot Dominates Annie Awards

DreamWorks Animation's The Wild Robot, directed by Chris Sanders and adapted from Peter Brown's novel, led the 52nd Annie Awards held on February 8, 2025. The film received ten nominations and secured nine wins, including Best Feature and Best Direction.

Dog Man Tops Box Office

Based on Dav Pilkey's popular graphic novel series, DreamWorks Animation's Dog Man debuted at the top of the weekend box office with $36 million in ticket sales. The film, produced for $40 million, marked the biggest opening in 2025. ​Here in the UK, my class of children love the books.
